Established in 2003, Spheretech stands as a prominent manufacturer, supplier, and exporter focusing on liquid packaging solutions. From conceptualization to line installation and through after-sales service, we ensure our customers receive excellent support, minimizing machine downtime. We cater to a broad spectrum of industries, including edible/cooking oil, engine oil, juices, sauces, dairy, automotive lubricants, cosmetics, pesticides, cleaning solutions, and general chemicals.

Pioneering innovation, Spheretech was the first to introduce the true volume setting concept on PLC panels for liquid filling machines, allowing volume to be set in 1 ml intervals, ensuring very high accuracy. Our flagship products include automatic liquid filling machines (linear & rotary) based on principles such as servo motors, flow meters, and load cells. We also offer capping machines, induction cap sealers, labelling machines, liquid nitrogen dosers, case formers, and case packers.

Our added feature is the ability to deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions for end-to-end packaging lines, providing a one-stop solution for our customers.

The Beginning

Spheretech Packaging was founded by industry experts with a vision to deliver world-class liquid packaging solutions. Serving industries such as food, lubricants, chemicals, and agrochemicals, the company achieved a major milestone in 2005 by securing its first export order for a pesticide manufacturer in Ethiopia, marking the start of its global journey.

Expanding Horizons

Spheretech expanded its domestic and international presence, strengthened its engineering capabilities, and built a reputation for reliable, customer-focused packaging solutions, achieving consistent year-on-year growth.

Technology & Innovation

The company introduced advanced PLC-based liquid filling systems and became one of the pioneers in India to launch the True Volume Setting concept, enabling precise filling adjustments in 1 ml increments.
